We are looking for an impact driven and curious individual to come join our growing European Marketing Team. As our new Associate Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting all team members in executing strategic marketing campaigns across different markets. With a primary focus on Enterprise Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will contribute to the development and implementation of targeted initiatives to promote growth and engagement with key accounts. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles, particularly within the SaaS industry.

On a daily basis, we work with various stakeholders across the organization and with tools to deliver our campaigns. What you’ll be doing: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and roll out extensive marketing initiatives intended for enterprise-scale clients, utilizing a range of channels such as digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Assist in the development of account-based marketing strategies to engage and nurture key accounts throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials tailored to enterprise audiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the marketing team.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven knowledge or experience in Enterprise marketing and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well with team members from varied backgrounds and areas of expertise.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation software (preferably SFMC), and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; skills in other languages are valued.
