Associate Project Managers play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. This position will support senior-level members to deliver project assistance responsibilities including resource allocation, time tracking, documentation, and managing communication between various capabilities. You will work with best in class creative, technical, media and analytics talent coordinating innovation in the interactive space.

Ambition, energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, operational autonomy, proactivity and a strong passion for the digital world are essential characteristics of this role. You will facilitate the work of a large group of people working remotely and coming from different backgrounds to exceed clients’ expectations and deliver the best customer experiences.

Based in our Milan studio, as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop statements of work, gather team recommendations based on requirements/objectives and participate in risk analysis.
  • Manage projects according to schedule and within budget.
  • Lead scoping and change management processes.
  • Create weekly financial reports, and work with senior team members on financial analysis and reconciliation.
  • Manage internal resource allocations and team members throughout the duration of the project lifecycle. 

QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS

  • You have 2 years of experience working in a digital agency environment.
  • You have passion for the marketing, technology and communication fields and are and are up to date with their evolutions.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Italian.
  • You are reliable, able to meet deadlines and to organise your own and others’ time.
  • You are dedicated to excellence in every output delivered.
  • You have knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • You are open-minded, eager to quickly learn from mentorship.
