Location: 110 Spadina Ave

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Take on end-to-end responsibilities for managing Operations projects with high impact within HelloFresh Canada. These projects can include enabling the launch of a new product, managing software or tool implementations, and improving and redesigning supply chain processes.

  • Project Management: Own the end-to-end management of high-impact Operations projects with weekly support from SPMO leadership. Responsibilities include planning and launching projects, applying the appropriate project management practices and tools to optimize project delivery, managing cross-functional stakeholders to collect their inputs and ensure their commitment to the project,  and closing out projects and transitioning ownership of key activities/deliverables back to the business.
  • Strategic & Business Management: Seek appropriate organizational expertise to understand the essential business impacts of a projects, define measurable project objectives that are inline with HelloFresh’s business goals, develop a tailored project delivery strategies, and ensure business and strategic alignment through project delivery
  • Stakeholder Management: For each project, identify impacted stakeholders and develop an approach for involving relevant stakeholders.  Proactively and diligently involve stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met. Take a long-term view in managing relationships with stakeholders by building trust, addressing concerns, balancing competing priorities, and effectively applying persuasion/negotiation/compromise. Motivate teams and drive positivity on projects.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis: Understand and solve complex people, process, and tech problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business. Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • 1+ years of project management experience (at least 2-3 years of overall work experience, including 1-2 years of individual contributor experience, preferably in a technical capacity)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience in waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies. PMP and Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus
  • Lean, software development, database principles and knowledge and experience preferred
  • A quick learner, able to work within multiple programs, processes, and deliverables and find the right solution to every problem
  • Able to work independently in the highly structured and conscientious manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels, from frontline staff to senior executives
  • A team player with a growth mindset, holding the team’s reputation and goals in highest regard
  • Experience with solving operational problems and proficiency in with problem-solving methodologies
  • Always open to improvement and possess the flexibility to pivot to address business needs
  • Has a heavy bias towards action
