Role: Beauty Crew Producer (FTC - 12 months)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid, in the office 3 days a week)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Beauty Crew Producer will work across Beauty & Wellbeing brands and many other well-known beauty brands. Our Beauty Crew are specialists, with intimate sector knowledge. As a Beauty Crew Producer, you will develop a deep understanding of the beauty business at a brand level, their needs, expectations and requirements to help advise on the optimal solution to ensure work is output with a high level of beauty craft. You will then ensure everything runs smoothly from scoping and estimation, through contracting and work authorisation, resourcing and development, to acceptance, invoicing and collections. 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to Beauty Crew Productions Leadership, this role does not have any line reports. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • The key contact in market for Beauty Crew Productions. 
  • Sitting in house with Unilever client teams, working in collaboration with them and bringing strong beauty category knowledge and expertise. 
  • Leading the management of multiple projects, ensuring plans, budgets, progress and focus on executing deliveries is maintained at all times.
  • Being responsible for project data accuracy and daily reporting compliance.
  • Monitoring and maintaining documentation for projects including timing plans, cost estimates and burn reports.  
  • Mitigating potential delivery issues and proactively resolving problems at speed.
  • Successful meeting of project deadlines and ensuring efficiency and quality of the work.
  • Ensuring adherence to creative best practices and standards, both according to Unilever and platform-specific guidelines, towards channel optimisation and performance.
  • Championing Digital Mandatories and accessibility, with a deep understanding of Modular Advertising to drive project efficiencies while delivering unmissable creative assets  
  • Proactively managing scope creep and ensuring cost estimates are reflective of effort required on every project.
  • Effectively managing resource across projects – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers where needed.
  • Understanding the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines 
  • Building and maintaining relationships within our Unilever brand teams often through regular face to face contact and virtual meetings.
  • QC-ing work to ensure it meets the brands’ beauty standards. 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Demonstrable project management experience of 5+ yrs, with beauty experience. 
  • Be passionate about beauty with an understanding of what drives desire in the beauty category and be able to apply that to the output.
  • You're extremely well organised, with great attention to detail
  • You are confident in end-to-end project delivery, with the ability to run client review meetings alongside other team members  
  • You cope effectively when things are up in the air and carefully manage ever shifting priorities
  • A problem solver with an understanding of the creative industry
  • You proactively look to make improvements in processes and make change to drive efficiencies  
  • You are a team player and genuinely care about people and build collaborative working relationships. You listen well to challenge and work with people to overcome problems in a positive way
  • You work well under pressure, juggling multiple projects at any one time
  • You have strong negotiation skills
  • A real self-starter as well as experience in motivating others
  • You understand your contribution to the overall account commercials, with experience in managing project finances   
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the design studio output
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service
  • Be open to working with new technology, keen to learn and apply new skills.
