We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Disassembly & Refurbishment Worker - (f/m/d) to join our production team in Wijchen and in this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process.

We are looking for reliable and hands-on workers to support our bike refurbishment efforts. You’ll be responsible for disassembling returned bicycles, sorting components for reuse, and assisting with basic refurbishment tasks to help us give bikes a second life.Key Responsibilities

• Carefully disassemble returned or used bikes using proper tools and procedures
• Identify and separate reusable, recyclable, and defective parts
• Clean and prepare components for quality checks or reassembly
• Document and report issues found during disassembly
• Support refurbishment operations, such as wheel truing, basic repairs, or part replacements
• Keep the workshop tidy and ensure parts are well-organized and traceable

• Basic mechanical aptitude; bike knowledge is a plus, but training can be provided
• Attention to detail and a structured work approach
• Ability to handle tools and components safely and efficiently
• Physical ability to lift bikes and work on your feet throughout the day
• Team player with a proactive mindset
