YOUR MISSIONWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Billing Assistant and/or finance administration professional to join our newly created Billing Customer Service Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.
THE JOURNEY
- Handle customer invoicing and payment inquiries within agreed SLA’s
- Maintain excellent communication (oral & written) with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Issue credit and debit notes to solve discrepancies
- Follow standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements to reduce the number of incidents
- Ensure all incoming inquiries are clearly documented in a timely manner
- Train new team members when applicable
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Support Billing Specialists when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring To The Ride
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in billing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or support function
- AP Experience is a plus
- Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented attitude
- Adaptability, Patience and Responsiveness
- Attention to detail with a quality focus
- Ability to develop in a multicultural environment; a true team player
- Analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving skills
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- Billings or finance administration knowledge is a plus
- Office Suite expertise (Excel)
- Excellent English communication skills and
- Portuguese language desirable
