YOUR MISSION

The Brand Marketing Services department embodies both marketing and sales competencies. We are a cross functional division that focuses on creating and delivering added value to Partner Brands that can benefit from our Marketing tools. Our main goals are to 1) Create, sell and execute Marketing campaigns for Top Partner Brands to boost their Sales through the constantly growing Glovo user base 2) Drive incremental profit for Glovo through the campaigns we craft and sell to Partner Brands.

We are looking for passionate and creative marketers with a sales spirit or marketing-curious sales rock stars to join Glovo’s Brand Marketing Services team in Morocco!  

THE JOURNEY

  • Drive sales of Glovo Brand Marketing Services to Partner Brands
  • Implement the Glovo Brand Marketing Services strategy in the Moroccan market with the support of the BMS Manager in Morocco
  • Understand Partner Brands’ needs, recommend marketing activities and co-create campaigns to help them boost their sales and reach their objectives (awareness, conversion, retention)
  • Develop & ensure perfect execution of Partner Brands’ campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign execution across multiple departments and work with cross functional teams 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Partner Brands’ campaigns. Understand their impact on Partner Brands’ and Glovo’s overall performance
  • Build success stories and roll-out best practices in other categories and countries

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 2 years of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading Consumer Goods company or e-commerce business
  • Self motivation and a proactive attitude
  • Sales motivation and drive
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and dealing with complex business challenges
  • Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels
  • A deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Experience in project management
  • Highly analytical. Strong skills in Office, especially in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and people skills
  • Fluent in French and English
