Business Development - The Pets Table

The Pets Table is the newest addition to the HelloFresh family of brands and is on a mission to change the way pets eat, forever. 

We believe there’s a better way to feed our good boys and girls. A way that gives every pet - the long-haired, the short-legged, and the spotted alike - a seat at the table, with healthy recipes developed with vets and made from wholesome ingredients that humans trust.

We’re incubated within the HelloFresh Group meaning we have the space to operate as a start up whilst also having the many benefits of being part of a larger organization. We’re looking to scale rapidly, to disrupt the pet food industry and to help pawrents improve their furry family members’ well being.

You will…

  • Help grow a new company from its early stage and have the chance to make a serious impact from your first week.
  • Own all of our offline marketing as well as new channel exploration and development such as direct mail, insert media, event sales and more.
  • Spearhead our business development function to develop a range of growth & revenue partnerships.
  • Work closely with the founding team to help with key strategic projects and ensure the business’ success.
  • Face a steep learning curve and benefit from a significant boost to your professional development.

You are…

  • A dog person through and through.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships or a similar role within the direct to consumer space.
  • You have worked on some alternative marketing channel development and have made them successful from a customer economics point of view (e.g. direct mail, direct sales, insert media, partnership marketing, etc).
  • You are entrepreneurial and have experience finding  creative solutions to solve problems head-on. 
  • You are quick to act! You know an opportunity when you see one.
  • You have great written and verbal communication and you can autonomously prepare presentations and pitch to various companies.
  • You are data driven and can back up any argument with a sound business case or industry insight.
  • You’re naturally attracted to marketing and solving customers’ problems. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty to convince someone to try our products.
  • You’re analytical, data driven and know how to use excel to create business cases to justify your ideas.

New York Pay Range$97,500—$130,000 USD
