  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

What skills do I need? 

  • Previous experience in a similar role as an SDR or Inbound Sales Representative. (not required)
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and other sources.
  • Conduct thorough research on leads to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Engage leads through various communication channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve lead nurturing strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual lead qualification targets.
