Business Operations Manager

Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, the Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the program management and direct delivery of GTM operational and technology projects. You will manage the end-to-end design, delivery, and communication of projects, and shepherd them through successful resolution. You will partner with and build relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Strategy, and IT, to consult on solution design of operations and business systems, and keep project deliverables on track using project management best practices.
The impact you will have:
- Oversee process to govern GTM sales operations workstreams to drive sales and operational efficiency at scale
- Plan and drive the execution of project deliverables with change management considered at all phases
- Drive projects by gathering business requirements and advising on systems and operational design best practices
- Develop, maintain and refine sales support systems, and define governance models for reviewing, triaging and servicing requests
- Co-manage offshore operations team to provide world-class operational support to our sales and sales strategy teams
What we look for:
- 8+ years of experience leading business systems design and managing projects in fast-moving technology companies
- Proficient in Salesforce, including design, reporting and data management
- Expertise in project management methodologies and process design
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across different departments
- Understanding of technical sales, SaaS, or similar go-to-market motion
