The Team & Role

Reporting into the Director, Global Partner Experience & Programs, you will be responsible for the development and management of the Partner Performance Dashboards, including metrics, trends and analysis. 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop and maintain  a set of dashboards that measure partner performance.
  • Produce reporting and analysis of trends and KPIs such as pipeline, bookings, certifications.
  • Key focal point for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting & analysis including QBR & Earnings prep.
  • Set up a cadence of communication and socialization to all stakeholders. This includes written and verbal communications.
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders in revenue operations, marketing operations and IT

KPIs that you will share:

  • Quality of Partner Dashboards

Experience:

  • 3 - 7years of experience.
  • Adept and interested in partner performance data, measurement and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of salesforce, tableau, BI and other reporting tools
  • Strong collaborative and collaboration skills. Should not be shy in proactively socializing with and including stakeholders in strategy and process.
  • Zest in continuous improvement and learning
