Payoneer is seeking a talented Business Processes Manager to join our innovative Center of Excellence in the customer journey department.  As the Business Processes Manager, you will be joining the biggest operation department and use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve our customers’ journeys and operational processes. You will analyze insights from multiple sources and clarify ambiguous problems. You will lead and initiatives and design processes to improve our goals. You’ll be switching between thinking strategically about big picture initiatives, executing quickly on tactical opportunities, and troubleshooting operational issues.

What you’ll do:

• Leading, designing and executing new business processes, flows and initiatives mainly cross-operations:
• Working with all customer journey units to learn and serve their business needs in the matters of business processes, systems analysis, automation opportunities and innovation.
• Deeply learn the different business flows, look for the relevant data and analyze main pain points that require improvemnets
• Design operational processes including analytical and technological aspects and manage projects to execute them
• Work closely with many intefaces and matrixly get your resources.
• Leading the measurement concept of the customer journey division and working closely with analytics on executing it.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to achieve project goals.

What we’re looking for:

• BSc. in industrial Engineering / BA in management or economics or similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience working as systems analysis / process engineer / BPM in a high tech company or management consulting.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with project management
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams

***This role will be based in our New York, NY office 2+ days per week***

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $50,000 - $150,000
