As a CapEx Project Manager you will oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery while maintaining clear communication and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead with Vision: Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring every initiative hits its targets for timelines, budget, and ambitious goals
• Collaborate closely with and manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Effectively plan and track resources, time, and financial allocations
• Act as the key link, seamlessly coordinating efforts across Production, QA, R&D, Safety, and Finance to ensure unified progress
• Make informed, strategic decisions that keep projects on track and resolve challenges swiftly
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders and provide clear, concise reporting that keeps everyone informed and aligned

• Proven Project Leadership: A solid understanding of the project lifecycle from scope to execution, ideally with hands-on experience managing at least 1-2 CapEx projects
• The ability to deep-dive into technical complexities while never losing sight of the broader strategic objectives
• A clear, confident communicator who can effortlessly navigate cross-functional teams, connect disparate ideas, and drive progress forward
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, with a proven ability to anticipate challenges and act decisively
• Sharp prioritization and time management skills that ensure efficient workflows and continuous momentum
• Familiarity with supplier networks in the power industry is a plus
• Comfortable working within regulated environments; experience with food safety standards and ATEX compliance is a significant advantage
