YOUR MISSION

Ensure our Q-Commerce Top Partners have their catalogs optimized and correctly integrated in order to maximize conversion, basket size, customer happiness, and ultimately growth. This position will require effective interaction between our Partners and Account Managers, as well as analytical and technical proficiency in managing catalog tools.

THE JOURNEY

  • Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs
  • Take ownership of the UX of the Qc partners (grocery and retail chains) by improving their catalog and executing processes to keep them updated
  • Cooperate with Account Managers and Partners to provide best UX

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Any experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) category management is nice to have.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, IF, Remove Duplicates, and other functions).
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Solid written and spoken Polish and English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance startup with a fast-paced environment.
