Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as a Head of Live Casino!

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and experienced *Head of Live Casino* to lead and expand our Live Casino product vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance player engagement, optimize product offerings, and most importantly drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of live casino operations, market trends, and player behaviour, combined with strong leadership and commercial acumen. 

• Ensure the best possible Live Casino product offering in all markets that we operate - completing regular competitor analysis to ensure we remain ahead of the competition when possible. 
• Data driven with the ability to interpret complex data, player insights, and performance metrics to drive strategic product initiatives. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Develop and implement a comprehensive Live Casino strategy, aligning with the company’s overall business goals and P&L expectations. 
• Build and manage a high-performing team to execute the live casino strategy and deliver on P&L expectations effectively. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key Live Casino providers to ensure the highest level of service and innovation, as well as maximising revenue opportunities. 
• Excellent ability to manage cross-functional teams, negotiate partnerships, and present business cases to senior stakeholders. 
• Analyse player behaviour, key performance metrics, and market trends to drive continuous growth and profitability. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including tech, compliance, marketing, and finance teams, to optimize operations and player experience. 
• Manage, review and optimise our dedicated Live Casino tables and product offering to ensure effective ROI – scaling or descaling accordingly based on commercial 

• Ideally a Bachelors Degree but not essential - if have a proven track record and solid experience of working in similar/senior Live Casino roles 
• At least 2-5 years in a similar role with a proven track record of driving Live Casino growth
