Channel Partner Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Partner Manager (m / f / d), to help acquire and manage a selection of our channel partners in the US region (digital agencies, consultancies etc). You should thrive with building relationships that are beneficial for both parties and have a commercial mindset and a desire for growth. You will have the chance to work with a great bunch of people on building strong and lasting relationships with our partners.
Your TasksCultivate existing partnerships to accelerate revenue generation. Act as an ambassador, supporter and trusted advisor to our channel partners by reaching out on a regular basis, understanding their needs and requirements and match those with our resources and goals.
Team-up with Usercentrics Partner Team (partner managers, partner enablement, marketing, BDR) to identify and bring the strategic partners on board that are offering services around our product - think digital/marketing agencies, web development companies, legal consultancies and similar.
You will drive growth and have a direct impact on Usercentrics success by tapping into our existing channel partner base and aiming towards owning and developing your own partner portfolio.
Negotiation and structuring partnership agreements whilst building lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders on the partner side (C-level, sales, product, operations and others) and advising them on the ways they can grow and be successful as Usercentrics partner is a part of your daily business.
You will also be providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Tech in order to improve product feature offerings.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent business English
Experience working in a partnership or account management position.
Substantial professional experience in a Partnerships role, Business Development, Customer Success or Account Management. If you are just starting out, a commercial mind-set is a great base to build on.
Communicative and persuasive nature, paired with excellent required language skills.
A hands-on mindset, experience in working with cross-functional teams and preferably knowledge of working in a dynamic environment and in a SaaS culture.
Customer-facing experience, ideally in translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Knowledge of AdTech and Consent Management is a plus.
