Chief Customer Officer
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Customer Officer to join our leadership team at ThoughtSpot. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the CCO will play a pivotal role leading the Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure our customers realize value from our products and grow their footprint. The ideal candidate will be a true customer advocate, able to partner with the wider ecosystem and build scalable efficiencies into the post sales organization across our 3 core products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Spearhead the creation of repeatable processes and playbooks to drive consistently-strong customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle
- Build cross-functional alignment with sales, product, partner team and marketing to maximize Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention.
- Partner with Product leaders to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Create a comprehensive partner strategy including the identification, certification, and measurement of key implementation partners to scale alongside a growing customer base
- Engage directly with customers and be able to relay the voice of the customer into all aspects of the business
- Have a strong understanding of the complexity and nuances of different market segments and the ability to develop a customer journey lifecycle that is strategically tailored
- Demonstrates Operational Excellence with an affinity for a metrics-driven, results-driven approach
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Enterprise technology and SaaS experience
- Experience leading onboarding and professional services functions
- Revenue accountability (expansion/cross sell)
- Experience leading a globally dispersed customer-facing CS organization
- Commercial experience with a track record of driving revenue growth through customer success and account management initiatives
- Experience building out both an enterprise, high touch, customer success motion and an innovative customer success practice for the downmarket, leveraging data, insights and technology to scale.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
