Yopo’s UGC team innovates the way thousands of brands leverage the millions of opinions shoppers contribute on products they purchase. Today’s buyer is more informed than ever before, thanks to the vast amount of information and AI capabilities available at their fingertips. Yotpo’s core product, Ratings & Reviews, empowers consumers with purchasing decisions while helping brands collect valuable user-generated content.

We’re looking for a chief of staff to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations.

You will:

  • Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity within the UGC Business Unit.
  • Monitor performance through UGC dashboard and teams OKRs assignment and tracking, proactively identifying business and efficiency issues, and proposing strategic solutions.
  • Coordinate support to operations throughout the business by facilitating cross-functional collaboration among UGC leadership and external functions within Yotpo.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities within the UGC Business Unit.
  • Track closely and potentially take ownership of managing UGC strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and timely execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a chief of staff (or equivalent position) in a high tech company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within operations within a technology or eCommerce company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content platforms and trends in eCommerce is a plus.
