With a growing footprint in Switzerland, we are now looking for a City Success Associate to join our team in Zürich.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a City Success Associate your mission is providing a high-quality e-scooter service in Switzerland and Austria. You will manage relationships to cities, analyze commercial data, optimize our service design, initiate improvements, and much more! Within our small and fast-paced team based in Switzerland, you will have great flexibility but also responsibility. The role combines local insights to achieve company targets by taking ownership of the local rider experience and business growth. More specifically:

• You will report to the Country Manager for Switzerland and Austria and work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver overall targets for the market performance and development
• Analyze rider data and track competitors to optimize our pricing and products in Switzerland and Austria
• Continuously improve our service design, such as parking zones and stations, by combining local knowledge with rider data analyses
• Partner with city officials to manage public interests and contractual obligations
• Manage local partnerships to solidify our relationships with communities and transport networks
• Work with the central marketing team to craft impactful campaigns driving new user acquisition and existing user revenue growth
• Drive our expansion to new cities in Switzerland and Austria, taking ownership of the process from initial business case, over public tender writing to launch
• Work with contributors across the Voi organization, such as product development and data analytics teams, to proactively identify and implement new ideas, improving our service and processes to be the best in the industry

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK

• Hands-on approach on getting things done
• Interest in mobility and drive to create “Cities made for living”
• Experience in transportation management, operations, business development, key account management, consulting, or similar
• Ability to analyze data to derive action points; knowledge of SQL is beneficial
• Curious mindset with a focus on action, continuously evaluating the current state and identifying ways that we can do things better
• The ability to work in an autonomous and fast-moving environment
• Experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
