Hours: 8:45am – 5:15pm

Client Insights is a rapidly growing function within PHMG. Its focus is on best understanding the attitude/behaviour of the client base, key drivers of their experiences, and how this can be applied to both retain clientele and attract new business. Client Insights also acts as a centralised function that maintains key stakeholder relationships across the business which ensures all generated insight is fully contextualized and actionable. Overall, the growing sophistication of this function represents our ongoing commitment to the satisfaction of our clients.
This is an exciting position suited to someone who has an interest in customer/human/social behaviour, adopts a creative approach in problem solving, and is keen on developing their analytical skillset.
Key job responsibilities:
- Administration of client insights data capture, including base level reporting and analysis.
- Transforming data into actionable insights to support client growth.
- Maintaining our feedback channels whilst ensuring quality and that best practice is followed throughout.
- Supporting the various survey campaigns through our Qualtrics platform.
- Responding and reporting on all online client feedback.
- Support, and occasionally lead on, research projects designed to generate meaningful insights which driving business improvement.
Skills required:
- Educated to at least an undergraduate level in a social science (i.e., Linguistics, Psychology, Sociology
- Experience with applied qualitative research, and a working understanding of complementary quantitative methodologies.
- Confidently demonstrates interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and analysing complex client data sets from different sources.
- Ability to interpret, and relay, high-level data dashboards.
- High standard of written English and attention to detail.
- Commitment to personal development and upskilling.
- Experience in similar customer experience or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
