We’re looking for a Client Success Strategist to increase client engagement, adoption and growth, by providing expert-level strategic input for large, international accounts. This role will report to our Director of Client Services.

As a Client Success Strategist, you will combine your industry expertise with your knowledge of Similarweb’s solutions, to drive continuous value within 10-20 international accounts in your specific industry. You will partner with sales managers and account managers to develop and execute strategies that focus on using Similarweb data to solve for a specific customer need. 

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Client Success Teammeans your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Creating and delivering decks, demos and product trials to facilitate the sales process, focusing on solving for a specific customer need
  • Consulting with client-side stakeholders on product engagement and value propagation within large international accounts (typically Fortune 500)
  • Providing ongoing value to clients and driving adoption through decks, insight emails and client workshops
  • Serving as the industry expert for your clients by following market trends to identify new opportunities for them to pursue
  • Using your professional expertise and knowledge of Similarweb to help up-skill the sales and account management team in how best to use the product for specific use-cases/personas/industries 
  • Providing strategic input for our product solutions, including insight into positioning within your specific industry, go-to-market strategy and more

 

 This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • Has at least 5+ years of relevant consulting experience for clients in the following industries: CPG, Financial services, B2B payments or logistics, Publishers & Media
  • Understands digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Demonstrates the ability to produce high quality client-facing materials that drive results
  • Is highly skilled in Excel/ Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google slides
  • Exhibits strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Can manage multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven projects 
  • Can speak multiple languages (preferred)
