We are looking for an experienced Cloud Fulfilment Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in the implementation of our Complete Caller Experience (CCE) product, which revolves around cloud telephony solutions. In this role, you will work closely with the Cloud Strategy Director and collaborate with expert CCE Sales Directors to fulfil client requirements. Your primary focus will be on offering solution summaries to clients and managing the end-to-end implementation process.

Salary: £36,500 basic, £52,000 OTE

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester

Hours: 1pm - 10pm Monday - Thursday, 1pm - 6pm Friday (4.5 days per week) 

Strategic objectives and responsibilities:

• Collaborative Fulfilment: Working closely with the Cloud Strategy Director and expert CCE Sales Directors to fulfil client cloud strategy requirements. Focusing on delivering solutions that align with our Complete Caller Experience product.
• Client Solution Summaries: Offering comprehensive solution summaries to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed CCE solutions.
• Implementation Management: Taking charge of managing the implementation of CCE solutions, overseeing the process from initiation to completion. Collaborating with internal engineering teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
• Client Liaison: Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with clients throughout the implementation process. Collaborating with third-party telephone providers as needed to enhance the CCE delivery process.
• Innovation Showcase: Presenting change ideas to clients, providing insights into how enhancements or modifications can improve their overall experience with our CCE solutions.
• Technical Support: Providing technical support to clients through coordination with our in-house tech teams, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any technical concerns.
