You’ll be working as part of the Energy Transition Financing Team (ETF) where our focus is delivering service and value for money from our 3rd party relationships, putting our customer at the heart. We manage end to end contractual relationships for Asset and MAP/Funding services.  The team operates across all OVO Energy brands.

 

This role in a nutshell:

Working closely with a number of teams around the business and also with third party stakeholders, you will manage data, publish reporting and supporting processes to ensure we are delivering quality data output that will maximise the value of, and resolve blockers that are stopping the sale of meters to our MAPs. 

You will work well independently and as part of a team, to see that all asset delivery processes run smoothly, and ensure that the correct stock is available for our field teams.

 

Your key outcomes will be:

  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery processes of the serialised assets for use within our field teams and 3rd party installers 
  • Supporting the data input to ensure the correct stock is available for our field teams and third party installers
  • Maintaining reporting on quality of asset and industry data.
  • Working with pilot teams to manage distribution of pilot assets into the field.
  • Communicating with the field on asset changes, outages or issues.
  • Maintaining good data quality in our asset database. 
  • Using SQL based systems to provide reporting to the wider team and external parties. 
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for data and reporting relating to serialised assets from internal or external teams.
  • Management of administrative tasks integral to the daily operations of the asset management team.
  • Assist, when required, the wider areas of the asset management team with reverse logistics, faulty assets and forecasting.

Ideally you will have…

  • Good Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to “keep it simple” and provide clear and concise information.
  • An understanding of the smart metering industry would be advantageous.
  • Experience using Google Sheets and BigQuery is desirable.
