Your role

We are seeking a driven, analytical and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of compliance by monitoring key performance indicators, internal processes, managing documentation control, and leading investigations into non-conformances.

  • This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible).
Your area of responsibility
  • Monitor internal non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and effective resolutions
  • Analyse inventory data, identify trends, and conduct investigations into significant issues related to inventory control and compliance
  • Oversee the day-to-day creation and control of inventory processes and documentation, including SOPs, ensuring adherence to established procedures and policies
  • Manage document control projects, liaising with other departments for document review, re-formatting, and compliance
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of change requests and compliance initiatives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of accurate processes, procedures, standards, and inventory control measures
Your profile
  • Experience in a quality or compliance-related field, preferably within an ISO-regulated industry
  • Experience in document control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to analyse and present data effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience of an ERP system preferre
  • Positive work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement
