Role: Conceptual Copywriter
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (The office is at Canary Wharf – London, with attendance required 2 days per week (currently Wednesday and Thursday)
ROLE MISSION
You’ll have a passion for great copywriting and bring bags of energy and creativity to the table. We’re looking for someone who can balance concepts and big ideas with the detail. So you’ll need to approach technical longer copy with the same passion and care as you would when crafting the perfect, playful headline.
You and your AD partner will work directly to the Creative Directors to create engaging campaigns across a variety of channels.

- You have an integrated portfolio of award-worthy work across various media, with experience in social-first content and digital along with CRM and ATL campaigns.
- You’re passionate about the craft of copy.
- You enjoy working hand-in-hand with planners, client services and client teams – and look forward to presenting your ideas with conviction.
- You’re aware of, and embedded in, contemporary culture – and you’re fascinated by new tech, new formats and the new Gen AI applications.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You’ll be working as part of our 30-strong creative department reporting into the joint Creative Directors. We have a large dedicated production and client service team who’ll support you and your ideas all the way.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Create work that’s on-brand, innovative, challenging and attuned to the cultural interests of the audience.
- Deliver on strategic campaign briefs through big thinking and best-in-class execution.
- Take a brief and produce original on-brand copy to a high standard and to tight deadlines.
- Work closely with the OLIVER creative team to ensure all copy has a consistent tone of voice and is on brand.
- Amend copy in line with creative, client and legal feedback.
- Support the team on all briefs – whether they’re content, CRM, ATL or fully integrated campaigns.
- Work alongside the in-house teams to explore new opportunities and to help our brands develop their creative presence.
