As a Content Manager at AKQA, you will be  responsible for managing content for a key account, working with leading sports brand. You will work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams, managing editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content and to the highest quality standards.

Located at Nieuwe Herengracht right in front of the Hortus Botanicus, you will have access to our diverse network of specialists by collaborating across our twelve European studios.  You will work in an environment which fosters a meritocratic culture and encourages ownership, and you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields. 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Manage the content planning and authoring workflows for a key account working with a large sports brand.
  • Facilitate content planning with internal client stakeholders, and drive timelines to ensure internal deadlines and milestones are met. 
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all content is delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with a number of internal client teams to facilitate complex marketing launches on platform. 
  • Be the primary point of contact regarding content on owned channels, within the Marketing team for other internal teams and stakeholders 
  • Use Airtable and CMS systems to manage content and workflows, throughout the delivery of all assets, and proactively collaborate on improvement of processes and tooling. 
  • Report on delivery performance and provide insights to clients around operational performance and processes.

 

 

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

 

  • 4+ years of experience in content management / administration
  • Attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. 
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Excellent timeline management skills.
  • Experience with Airtable and CMS systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
