Continuous Improvement Manager
About The Team:
The Continuous Manager sits within our Operational Excellence team and is responsible for driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout HelloFresh's operation. They will be reporting to our Head of OpEx and will have 2 direct reports below them. Responsible for the detection and correction of pick and pack defects, this is a data-driven team that exemplifies the HelloFresh attitude of an egoless environment and learning never stops!
What You Will Be Doing:
- You will engage and develop colleagues to meet their full potential to then allow the teams to achieve optimum performance
- You will lead quality improvement initiatives and own quality metrics in the distribution centre
- Lead the site Quality team, taking accountability for their performance and development to exemplify the teams values
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) of internal and external quality data, analysing this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate the operational processes and identify potential areas of improvement to ensure consistent quality
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality or safety issues and collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective and preventative measures to improve quality
- Educate and lead employees on quality control procedures, promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures and site KPI targets
Who You Are:
- Clear experience of continuous improvement in FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt Qualification is preferred
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits
- Confident in coaching continuous improvement tools and systems
- An experienced and well versed leader who is able to influence and motivate at all levels

Location: HelloFresh, Unit 2 Plot 8, Smart Parc, DE21 7HW
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm office based every day
