About the role: 

  • What roles will you focus on? While the role will cover the whole GTM (Go-To-Market) remit, we often see spikes in demand across our Account Management & Account Executive roles.
  • Who will you work with? You will work as part of a global cross-functional TA team, however you will work closely with two recruiters based in the US (EST & CT) in partnering with our US based GTM organisation. 
  • Where will I work? Our TA team is fully remote, however you will support predominantly PST based stakeholders, so we do ask applicants to be mindful of the timezones they will partner with. 
  • What tools do we use? Microsoft Office Suite, Greenhouse, Linkedin Recruiter & Gem.

What do we need?

  • 7+ years recruitment experience, full lifecycle experience - hiring, qualifying, offering combined with stakeholder management. 
  • Expertise in hiring the best GTM talent - ideally focusing on Mid-Market.
  • Prior experience in hiring for a SaaS organisation.
  • Enjoy keeping up to date with recruitment trends, including webinars, industry podcasts, events and all other things recruitment so we’re at the cutting edge of the market.
  • Data-first approach to recruitment and an ability to present data.
  • Passionate about candidate journey & diversity in recruitment
