As Red Ventures continues to grow, we are looking to expand our talented People Operations team with a recruiter. Our recruiters are responsible for partnering with hiring managers to build and execute on a strategy that enables us to recruit and identify relative talent, with a focus on building diverse teams and providing a top notch candidate experience. This is a contract opportunity with a minimum 6 month commitment on a full-time schedule, supporting our CNET brand.
This person will play a vital role in developing recruiting strategies to attract, source, screen, and select high quality candidates for various positions within Red Ventures. Specific position focus will depend on need but will be heavily focused on technical roles with flexibility across other functional teams, which may include Finance and Accounting, Digital Marketing Professionals, Human Resources, etc. This position will have high visibility both internally and externally.What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the hiring goals for hard to fill and highly specialized positions
- Identify and effectively manage a strong pool of both active and pipeline/passive highly qualified candidates
- Full-cycle recruiting ownership to include: resume review, initial phone interviews, candidate communication/follow up, running feedback sessions, and conducting offer calls and offer negotiations
- Lead feedback sessions with interviewers to drive decisions/outcomes for our talent
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success meeting performance goals
- Familiarity and experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; experience in technical recruitment a plus
- Excellent persuasive communication and savvy interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Experience with creating new recruiting approaches beyond job boards and 3rd party recruiters to include sourcing of passive candidates, networking, social media, referral programs, etc.
- Scrappy and tenacious personality with a focus on driving meaningful results
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Compensation
- Cash Compensation Range: $35.00/hour *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
