YOUR IMPACT

As Country Manager - Nordics, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our business operations, acquiring new partners, managing supplier relationships, and people operations in the Nordics region. You will be based in Copenhagen and will oversee EQS Group's Danish entity, a local team of approx. 10 employees.  

  • Define and drive local growth strategies for operations in the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland), while ensuring alignment with the global group strategy. 
  • Conduct market penetration in existing markets, identify new business opportunities and implement effective strategies to increase market share and customer base. 
  • Analyze local market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to support local decision-making processes. 
  • Ensure annual performance targets are effectively implemented, met, and regularly tracked across the team.  
  • Advise sales team in complex situations and coach team members on efficient sales tactics, such as customer engagement, stakeholder management, negotiating, and closing deals. 
  • Regularly align with internal stakeholders such as Chief Revenue Officer, VP International Revenue to drive significant impact across the market. 
  • Oversee all corporate functions within the Danish entity, including sales, marketing, customer success, finance, etc. in close matrix collaboration with the global leads of those functions. 

THIS IS YOU

  • Several years of successful sales leadership experience, preferably in an international SaaS or B2B company, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. 
  • Experience mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve significant impact, as well as building, scaling, and managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proven track record in forecasting sales, building sales plans, and executing growth strategies to drive business success. 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. 
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering both short-term wins and long-term value. 
  • Knowledge of the Compliance industry is a strong plus. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Danish (C1 or above); another European language is a plus.
