This role will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of the team. The GTM Content team is responsible for helping increase sales productivity and scaling our Core Product Marketing functions by developing best-in-class, consistent, and globally specialized field assets across our Customer Experience, People Teams, Strategy & Research, and Industry lines of business. All on one platform.   Reporting to the Content Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for designing systems, processes, and workflows vital for an agile content creation process, as well as daily project management ensuring the team is working at a balanced pace to meet the needs of the business. Your role is critical to delivering on the scale and agility needed from the GTM Content Studio team. This role requires you to sustain the operational pace of the business while collaborating with PMMs, SMEs, and stakeholders globally. You will be overseeing the overall project management of the team and streamlining workflows across a team of Content Analysts & Producers, Graphic Designers, and Video Producers.   This role also involves staying current with the latest technology trends and tools in content production, as well as organizing and maintaining the product content library. Your responsibilities include effectively using and managing Digital Asset Management systems to ensure proper storage, archiving, and backup of digital assets and Project Management systems to ensure we are most effectively tracking and managing the team's workload and deliverables. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a thought leader in standing up a new team and having direct impact on one of the company's biggest initiatives while driving global narrative, providing a platform for both personal and professional advancement in a rapidly evolving field.   Things You’ll Do Overall Operational Process Implementation: Collaborate with the Content Studio Manager to establish and implement a streamlined operational framework for the New GTM Production Studio. Focus on integrating efficient project management methodologies, workflow systems, and effective use of Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools to enhance studio efficiency and collaboration.  Ensure these systems are fully integrated into the studio’s operations to optimize efficiency, enhance collaboration, and streamline content production and asset management.   Project Management: Identify and implement a project management system. Lead overall project management rhythm of business while ensuring delivery of both short and long-term projects, effective coordination of resources, timelines, and budgets. Prioritize tasks based on urgency, project objectives, and other critical factors to meet established SLA’s.This includes:
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the entire content creation process, from initial concept to final delivery. Create and maintain project timelines, allocate resources, and manage task dependencies.
  • Collaborating closely with PMMs, SMEs, and global stakeholders to understand their needs and implement efficient processes, such as briefs, templates, and a system ticketing method.
  • Streamlining workflows within the GTM Production Studio team, encompassing roles like Content Analysts & Producers, Graphic Designers, and Video Producers.
  Digital Asset Management (DAM): Act as the primary custodian of the studio’s digital content library. Ensure efficient organization, cataloging, and easy accessibility of digital assets. This includes updating and versioning digital assets to ensure their accuracy and availability   Agency and Contributor Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for external agencies when needed. Manage the global content budget to ensure adequate resources and support for the team’s objectives.   Systems Management: Stay abreast of evolving trends and tools in content production and DAM. Embrace new technologies to improve studio operations.   What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Over 5 years of leadership experience in creative project management ideally within an agency setting, managing multiple stakeholders, coupled with hands-on experience in guiding creative and content teams from from brief to go-live.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of production requirements for a diverse array of projects and assets, such as pitch decks, demo videos, one-pagers, email sequences, RFP booklets, competitive battle cards, white papers, ebooks, and case studies.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously. Attention to detail. Ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems and generate effective solutions.
  • Experience working with and implementing project management tools and systems to track and manage production such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday or similar.
  • Experience managing DAM systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Dropbox or similar
  • Other software desirable: Highspot, Google apps.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and be a self-starter
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
