The Qualtrics Finance Team is looking for that special someone who can leverage their financial knowledge with their love of customer experience to add value to our organization. We are looking for a full-time Finance Specialist who can work across internal teams, solve complex problems, and make the sales and renewal cycle a fantastic experience for our stakeholders. Our team is key for ensuring the accuracy of company sales, renewals, and financial forecasting, and we need the right person to join our unstoppable force.
How You’ll Find Success
- You’ll be a detailed oriented, strategic thinker, who is organized, and who can communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- You’ll communicate technical or complex situations and policy to those that aren’t experts in that area.
- You’ll understand how your role impacts upstream and downstream teams and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- You'll contribute to the accuracy of our company’s billings and forecasting.
How You’ll Grow
- You’ll partner with our stakeholders across finance, sales, and customer success to solve problems utilizing your expertise of internal Average Annual Cloud Value (ACV) bookings and quota relief policies, stakeholder management, and finance best practices.
- You’ll be customer obsessed and make interactions with your stakeholders a professional and respectful experience.
- You’ll manage your time to respond to a high volume of stakeholder requests within response timelines (SLAs) and in accordance with monthly accounting close deadlines.
- You’ll work in a team and will contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams, partner with sales representatives, and support training of new team members.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset and business acumen to facilitate a smooth process for clients and address billing-related queries.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently, be a fast learner, and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability to change.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player, collaborating closely and cross-functionally with different teams and departments.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Proactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies, driving improvements and owning strategic projects to enhance team functionality.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Business Administration, or similar
- 1-3 years in a full-time job in a shared services role such as Billing, AP, Collections, Accounting, Treasury or Procurement
- Billing Systems Proficiency: Experience with enterprise billing and invoicing systems, with a preference for knowledge of NetSuite/Salesforce.
- Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to review sales opportunities, contracts, and quotes accurately.
- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the billing cycle for new business.
- Data Management: Competency in managing finance cases, handling key performance indicators, and participating in the monthly close process.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) and prior experience with enterprise applications.
- This team is made up of incredible individuals within The Financial Validation and Crediting Team, which handles QR/ACV allocation and SCR application. We are a diverse and ambitious group who drives positive impact throughout Qualtrics on a global scale.
