So we are looking for you as a CRM Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to work full-time with us starting April 1st, 2024 in Berlin!

 

Your Day-to-Day Work In This Role

The goal of Marketing aligned with bookingkit’s vision and mission for 2025 is to create more impact on the business by providing full coverage across the buyer journey, as a part of the revenue organization. This virtually enables us to live and breathe the customer needs, and understand our industry and focus verticals in utmost depth.

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive customer retention strategy encompassing upselling, cross-selling, churn prevention, and winback initiatives.
  • Manage the Marketing CRM, specifically HubSpot, overseeing the execution of various campaigns.
  • Take ownership of customer communication at bookingkit, ensuring clients are well informed about the product and can maximize its potential.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to disseminate product updates, feature releases, and pricing changes through channels like Intercom, email, and in-app messages.
  • Craft engaging messaging in one of our core market languages, such as German.
  • Take charge of the prospect nurturing area to support sales in expediting deal closures.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to streamline onboarding processes, facilitating accelerated vendor growth.
  • Analyze data and generate and maintain reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Metabase.

  • You have 2+ years of demonstrable CRM marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You are proficient in HubSpot and have a working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience in leveraging data for customer segmentation incl. HubSpot reports, Google Analytics, etc.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English as well as German.

Extra Awesome If:

  • You are familiar with relevant AI & automation tools.
  • You have previously worked in a Revenue Operations (RevOps) role.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
