CRM Online Comms Design Manager

This role presents an exceptional opportunity within our Central CRM team to combine creative design skills with data-driven insights, ultimately optimizing customer engagement and retention strategies across various digital platforms.
A flavour of what you'll be doingAs a CRM Online Comms Design Manager, you are responsible for the development of the groups custom solutions of dynamic, flexible and automated CRM communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Bridge the gap between design and campaign teams by building responsive email templates/modules and dynamic imagery.• Configure email templates/modules within our email service provider to provide a customizable & scalable setup• Implement new features in email communications using applicable email coding techniques and/or features from 3rd party tools• Create landing page templates for Central and Regional teams according to requirements• Develop solutions to accomplish strategic ideas/improvements and present viable options to management• Debug and fix any issues that may occur• Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements• Document and track any changes made to the setup• Drive automation and improvements to efficiency around CRM promo operations and the overall communication management• Ensure online communications solutions are operationally scalable to support organizational growth• Be a strong advocate and leader helping the CRM teams to adapt best practices and new technologies.
You’re good at:
- The ideal candidate should hold 2-3 years experience within a similar role
- Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other ESP, and content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of AMPScript, SSJS, Javascript (Liquid, Handlebars is a plus)
- Good understanding of API and JSON
- Proficient in HTML/CSS coding (MJML is an asset)
- Comprehensive understanding of email design and development
- Prior experience with GitHub and Postman
