Job details…

  • Trains new recruits on products and services offered by Deliveroo, including contact centre systems, customer service standards and process flows
  • Makes use of various training tools such as videos, role-plays, powerpoint, etc to deliver the training in the most effective manner
  • Tracks and reports the performance and progress of trainees through assessment and feedback of on-the-job training from the team leads
  • Ensures that training is completed in accordance to the training schedule
  • Creates and updates training materials as required
  • Conducts refresher training to existing agents either through classroom training or creation of e-learning materials
  • Works closely with Quality Assurance team to understand the latest performance issues/gaps of agents and initiate the relevant training for agents’ development  

 

Skills you’ll need & eligibility…

  • Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to cope with tight timeline and work independently without supervision
  • Customer-centric mindset and be proactive to challenge status quo
  • Talent to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must.
  • Another language skill such as Mandarin is an advantage.
