We are looking for a bright Customer Service Agent to join our awesome team at Betsson Group - Vilnius office.

THE DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• Helping our customers via email and chat;
• Being a representative externally towards our customers;
• Assisting Team leader to report on what is happening in the market;
• This role has a rotating schedule, two shifts: 16:00-3:00, 22:00-09:00.

• Excellent English communication and writing skills;
• Ability to work both in the team and individually;
• Ability to cope with heavy workloads.
