Customer Service Consultant DEU (all genders)
We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Consultant (30h/week) for our Customer Service team in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

In order to keep up with the demands of our daily growing customer base from all over the world, we are currently looking for a German speaking Customer Service Consultant. You will:
- Answer incoming customer questions and requests through all supported channels (email, contact form, phone, chat, social media, app store reviews, etc.)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by solving issues quickly and competently
- Maintain a high level of expertise by attending trainings and courses as required
- Identify and report technical problems, usability flaws and customer requirements
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving our provision of customer service
You have:
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German and excellent knowledge of English
- Experience in handling customer requests via multiple channels (email, chat, phone, social media)
- Solid problem-solving skills – the ability to get to the root of a problem and provide a speedy solution to the customer
- The enthusiasm and ideas to participate in projects improving the customer experience
You are:
- A friendly team player, who loves to communicate with customers and coworkers from a wide range of backgrounds
- A fast learner with good comprehension skills, who quickly understands the needs of the customer
- Comfortable with large amounts of quickly-updated information
- Familiar with common internet programs, PC/Mac and mobile devices
Nice-to-have:
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Polish, Ukrainian
