The opportunity 

As a Growth Manager at Urban Sports Club, your primary role is fostering successful relationships between Urban Sports Club and our Corporate Customers. From initial onboarding to renewal processes, you'll cultivate trust and rapport with our valued clientele. Your passion for promoting an Active Lifestyle will be key in inspiring both our team members and corporate partners alike. Based in either Lisbon, Madrid, or Barcelona, you'll collaborate closely with our B2B customers, contributing to our vision of creating a world where everyone embraces the joy of sports.

Your responsibilities 
  • You are responsible for the onboarding of recently acquired customers
  • You create an effective and customer-centric approach to reach High Activation goals
  • You support the Acquisition Team closing high impact deals, ensuring a smooth transition to Onboarding Phase
  • You are independently responsible for your customer portfolio and build up long-term customer relationships
  • You implement actions to grant a smooth journey from Onboarding to Renewal
  • You analyse the performance of your customers and develop them strategically
  • You identify Upsell opportunities and negotiate with customers accordingly
  • You document all your activities in our CRM system
  • You share your experiences in the team and initiate new ideas (internally and across departments)
  • You support team initiatives
  • You work with multiple stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Finance, Legal, etc…) if needed
What you need to succeed 
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Corporate Sales
  • You are Native/fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
  • You have a very good knowledge of English (French or Dutch is a plus)
  • You are a social person and enjoy communicating/interacting with customers
  • You are data-driven and able to create/implement actions accordingly
  • You can identify with our product to a high degree and also sell it to the outside world - Urban Sports Club Ambassador
  • You have a high level of comprehension, are analytical and quickly familiarise yourself with new work processes and programs
  • You are confident in dealing with data analysis in Excel/Spreadsheet
  • You have good presentation skills, both internally and externally to customers
  • You have already worked with a CRM system (experience with Pipedrive is a plus)
  • You are organised, ambitious and motivated
