Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Customer Success Operations Associate to deliver metrics, improve processes, and update our tools. This will unlock potential for Customer Success to provide the highest-impact, most efficient solutions for our customers across scaled global teams.

In part of this team of amazing humans, 

You will 

  • Implement changes to process and technology to deliver customer value in scalable ways across segments and regions
  • Provide reporting and insights on post-sale metrics to VP-level stakeholders
  • Assist in running quarterly target setting processes
  • Become a subject matter expert in our Customer Success platform (Vitally), as well as proficiency in other core tools like Salesforce

You have 

  • 1+ years of professional experience in relevant setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn new tools
  • Ability to analyze and communicate key trends in Customer Success including customer retention
  • Experience working with data in a tool like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience improving processes and managing technology
  • Experience working in cross-team projects

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. 

In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission. US Salary Range$68,000—$85,650 USD
