About the role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to help shape our product strategy and drive the next phase of growth for our company. In this very key role, you report to the Lead Analytics & Business Performance, and work hand in hand with the Core Product and Strategic Product Development teams.   

You will play a crucial role in optimizing our product offering by analyzing internal business data, generating actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making. Your contributions will help us delight our customers even more whilst elevating our analytical capabilities to new heights.

If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst with a passion for data-driven decision-making and product/process optimisation, this job is made for you.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Analytics & business partnering: Analyze internal business data to provide insights into product performance and development opportunities. You'll juggle between understanding what contributes to creating the perfect product to retain our customers, assessing the impact of new initiatives on our retention and finding ways to optimize our HelloFresh market. You will be the main POC for the New Product Development team, empowering them with data and insights to help define the future of the product. 
  • Strategic Projects: Lead key analytical projects aimed at enhancing our core product. Present and obtain approval for any recommendations from Senior Management
  • Tests: Development, plan and analyze A/B tests to validate your business hypotheses
  • Data Visualization: Lead the scoping, development, and management of highly insightful and actionable Tableau dashboards 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams including Culinary, Menu Planning, Product, Procurement, and Operations. 
  • International Synergy: Collaborate with International HF geographies to identify and leverage synergies
What we are looking for :
  • >3 years experience in an analytics role in a high growth environment (e.g. scale up, leading consultancy firm) 
  • High caliber profile: you are a fast learner, top performer and want to take on a new exciting challenge
  • Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheet/ SQL; experience with Python is an advantage
  • Experience using Tableau with a strong working knowledge of data visualization
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill quantitative concepts into easily understandable formats for all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about working cross-functionally to achieve common objectives
  • A genuine interest in leveraging data to solve real business challenges

Your first days @HelloFresh: 

When you arrive, the first few days are devoted to onboarding sessions: privileged meetings with each of our managers to get to grips with how HelloFresh works. You'll also have time to get to know your team before diving right in!
