  • Defining metrics to track internal performance and customer outcomes.
  • Identifying data gaps and collaborating with the analytics engineers to model and sync new fields into our data warehouse, BI tool and customer management systems (Salesforce and Vitally).
  • Collaborating with other analysts to define processes and best practices and elevate the analytics practice to the next level.

You have:

  • Some experience analysing data with Python or R is desirable but not required.

You are:

  • An analytical thinker who tackles big or complex problems by thinking critically about the status quo, asking the right questions, and backing up assertions with logic, reasoning and data.
  • Able to make the complex simple and choose the right medium and visualisation, to persuasively communicate with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive collaborator who effectively involves and communicates with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared results.
  • Interested in coaching and sharing your analytics knowledge with the business.
