Delivery Proposition Manager, International Logistics (m/f/x)
HelloFresh is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Proposition Manager to join our Delivery Management team within International Logistics. In this newly created role, you’ll go beyond traditional logistics functions, enhancing the customer experience through efficient, data-driven delivery propositions.
As the business owner of delivery proposition configuration, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our customers across multiple countries and brands enjoy a seamless delivery scheduling experience by configuring attributes such as delivery days, windows, services, pricing, recommendations, and the speed of the delivery. This role combines operational excellence, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner with supply chain planners, relevant tech teams, and analytics stakeholders to optimize the delivery scheduling experience by managing the availability of delivery options based on capacity utilization, differentiating the delivery scheduling experience per customer segment, and ensuring smooth operations during holidays and peak periods.

What you’ll doAs the Delivery Proposition Manager at HelloFresh, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary delivery proposition stakeholder in S&OP workstreams, taking ownership of managing cutoffs (customer ordering deadlines) and delivery choices, including days, time windows, services, pricing, and recommendations.
- Supporting the scoping and configuration of delivery proposition experiments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
In the Demand Management domain:
- Configure and optimize delivery scheduling options across multiple markets, ensuring that customer preferences align with operational capacity and efficiency.
- Work closely with supply chain planners to validate forecasts, monitor capacity utilization, and analyze customer scheduling behavior to mitigate risks of capacity bottlenecks.
- Contribute to developing the demand management operating model: As both the process and tech solution are new, you’ll play a role in shaping this workstream and supporting its rollout across markets.
- Support the business by analyzing delivery proposition metrics, creating reports, and sharing insights to improve customer experience and operational performance.
In the Holiday and Peak Management domain:
- Develop plans for managing delivery and cutoff schedules during holidays and exceptions to minimize customer impact while maintaining efficiency across the entire supply chain.
- Configure holiday shifts and schedule adjustments using our in-house tech products, ensuring local market teams are supported during peak times.
- Monitor performance of cross-functional workflows to maintain smooth operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during holiday periods, peak weeks, and other exceptions.
You are a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, skilled in balancing customer experience with logistics optimization. Your qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Project Management are a plus.
- At least three years in a supply chain or logistics role with a focus on operational execution, delivery management, or supply chain planning. Familiarity with S&OP processes is beneficial, along with a track record of supporting process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable using data to monitor and report on performance metrics, with a tech-savvy mindset to understand evolving industry practices.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track performance metrics, and maintain project documentation. Experience in collecting inputs, completing project management templates, and following structured processes is essential.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across departments. Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, keep stakeholders informed, and facilitate a smooth flow of operations.
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-paced environments, make sense of ambiguous situations, and enjoy taking on new responsibilities. You generate new ideas that make a measurable business impact.
- You are a results-oriented doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action.
- You are fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- International travel is a requirement of the role (<25%)
