Digital Analyst

As a Digital Analyst at Trustpilot, you will collaborate closely with Trusties in our Marketing teams and support CRO and customer acquisition activities across the board. You will spend your time enabling the collection of data from our various online channels, as well as digging through the data to uncover valuable insights. You’re keen to help your stakeholders use data to answer their toughest questions and you can proactively identify areas that need data support. You’ll be an internal data consultant, with loads of amazing data in our warehouse at your fingertips, working with tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery and Looker.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with Marketing, MarTech and Product teams to build a deeper understanding of visitor behaviour and optimize the conversion funnel of our website.
- Perform and communicate in-depth analyses using website traffic, marketing spend and CRM data to help inform customer acquisition strategies.
- Set goals and KPIs for conversion rate optimisation that assist with meeting the broader website and customer acquisition team goals.
- Use Google Tag Manager and Segment to implement and deploy changes to website tracking.
- Help to audit and troubleshoot website tagging and data layers to optimise our overall tracking architecture.
Who you are:
- Solid understanding of the full spectrum of Digital Analytics, from tagging and tracking to creating reports and uncovering insights.
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, as well as event tracking and tagging with Google Tag Manager and Segment.
- Knowledge of web design languages such as HTML, CSS and Javascript, as well as good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for websites and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of reporting best practices and experience delivering actionable insights and preparing Monthly Business Reviews for senior leaders.
- Experience using BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau).
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting ideas to senior management.
