About the Role:

The Implementations team at SecurityScorecard is responsible for providing a world-class onboarding experience for our customers.

The Director of Implementation Services will lead a team of Implementation Managers who are responsible for ensuring that our platform is configured to maximize the value for the Customer based on their needs and desired outcomes. You will be accountable for the success of your team and their customers. You will share your understanding of Implementation and Onboarding best practices, cybersecurity and of our products & services to ensure the team is delivering value, developing trust and expanding relationships with the customers under your care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, develop and lead team of high-performing Implementation Managers who enable our customers to reach maximum value
  • Serve as a confident subject matter expert as it relates to the SecurityScorecard platform and the cybersecurity and third-party risk management industries
  • Create and maintain playbooks and SOPs for the Implementation team
  • Perform SSC product(s) demonstrations to internal and customer audiences
  • Continually research and learn about current and future SecurityScorecard products and services and propose configuration changes to maximize customer value and adoption
  • Field client feedback and respond to reported issues, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve
  • Directly own strategic implementation projects as needed
  • Serve as an escalation point for any critical implementation issues
  • Responsible for ensuring SSC’s portfolio of implementation projects are being completed successfully on time and within budget

What We Need you to have:

  • 8+ years of relatable experience and background in Cyber Security or Technology roles
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Literacy and knowledge of standard business operations and productivity software: MS Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint, Salesforce, JIRA
  • Excellent project management, communication, & presentation skills
  • Self motivated, organized, and capable of interacting with C-Suite and technical personnel from client organizations.
  • Leadership skills are a plus

What We’d like you to have:

  • Experience successfully delivering B2B SaaS software implementations
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and principles, including an understanding of  Third-Party Risk Management
  • Deep understanding of industry challenges, trends, traditional and non-traditional competitive landscape, etc.
  • Business or technical consulting experience for enterprise-level clients
  • Knowledge of various software development and cloud technologies, including API concepts and Kafka data streams, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Java, Kibana
  • The ability to create or run scripts in common programming languages, such as Python
