Outstanding opportunity for a Marketing Heavyweight to lead our Brand and Creative offering!

Betsson Group have a unique opportunity for a Senior Marketer with a proven track record of success to build and lead our internal agency-servicing our Country Teams across multiple brands.

This is a senior level role reporting directly to our Global Marketing Director with high visibility across the business This will be someone well versed in building brands, with first class stakeholder (client) management skills with both the gravitas and experience to deliver a World Class offering.

A Flavour of what you’ll be doing

  • Define and articulate Betsson Group's brand positioning both globally and locally.
  • Collaborate with market research teams to analyse customer insights and market trends to inform brand positioning strategies.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to consistently apply brand elements across all communications channels.
  • Strategize and oversee the brand's expansion into new markets, ensuring cultural relevance and localization while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with local teams to tailor brand strategies to diverse regional audiences.
  • Develop and manage budgets for brand strategy initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

Something about you

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing
  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar role on a senior management level
  • Excellent skills in communication, both verbal and in written, and used to communicating within an international business
  • Excellent project management skills, driving multiple initiatives at once
  • Results orientated and strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, driven with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Energised by a rapidly changing environment and welcome the unexpected challenges
