Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business goals, including trade shows, company-owned events, and webinars.
Budget Management: Manage and optimise the event marketing budget to maximise the return on investment for all events.
Event Planning: Plan, organise, and oversee the execution of trade shows, company-owned events, and webinars, including venue selection, logistics, and coordination.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling event materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
Audience Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and convert event attendees into leads and customers.
Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with event vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality services and resources within budget constraints.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of events, optimising future strategies and reporting on key performance metrics.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of event marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment of event strategies with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in B2B event marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
