Director of Executive Programs

The Team:
The Customer Engagement team is responsible for creating lifelong customer value by leveraging customer insights to improve internal business processes, optimize customer journeys, and tailor experiences so that we can evangelize our customer community to be advocates for Celonis.
Areas of focus include:
- Customer Understanding & Journey: Voice of the customer insights, Cx design and optimization
- Customer Connections & Comms: Strategic groups, customer recognition programs and comms
- Customer Advocacy: Customer references, stories, and speakers
- Executive Programs: Executive customer engagements and thought leadership
The Role:
The Director of Executive Programs plays a critical role in our GTM Marketing org to shape and then lead the execution of strategic and transformational engagements for our most prominent and sought after customers. This Director comes with an exceptional track record of building executive programs, aligning our company values with our leadership principles to guide how they lead with purpose, facilitate greatness, be different and build a sustainable future.
In Summary:
- Lead the development and execution of a new executive program, outlining objectives, milestones, requirements and measurable outcomes that drive demand for Celonis
- Assess account data to build and maintain a strong foundation of executive contacts
- Align closely with sales leaders to identify executive personas from target accounts, match with internal executive sponsors, integrating key motions of executive engagement into account planning of strategic deals
- Oversee the enablement of executive programs in the field
- Manage a multi-million dollar exec program budget
- Facilitate strong and lasting partnerships with stakeholders in ELT, sales, marketing and other teams
Executive Experience Design
- Design unique executive experiences that drive brand awareness, engagement and demand - from small intimate roundtables to large third-party conferences.
- Develop tailored program agendas that align thought leadership with GTM priorities at industry, partner and association events.
- Manage the end-to-end guest experience: working hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to identify target audience, create compelling executive comms, and deliver a delightful onsite and follow up experience.
- Managing internal event campaign management from start to finish: marketing communication tactics, understanding existing customer relationships, and working with all sales teams post-event to ensure the right follow-up tactics are in place, including lead management.
Executive Engagement Planning
- Develop an Executive Program that includes strategic third-party engagements at the World Economic Forum, Gartner IT Symposium and C-level events etc.
- Design and manage the Executive Forum program at Celosphere.
- Shape the strategy of Executive Programs by driving the annual planning cycle, budget development, and program planning using data-driven decision-making.
- Define KPIs against goals and measure ROIs for impact.
- Integrate campaign performance tracking in Marketing org dashboard, reporting on pre-event. progress and post-event results as related to pipeline impact
The qualifications and skills you need:
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in a related field)
- c. 4-6 years of work that has encompassed defining the vision for an executive program, experience design and event execution
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Salesforce.com skills
- Customer experience

- Analytical, conceptual thinking, and execution skills
- Interpersonal skills including active listening, and the ability to communicate with C-level executives clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
