About the job

This position is needed to help lead our LATAM team, managing Twilio’s largest and most critical LATAM ISV accounts. 

Twilio ISVs represent some of the biggest opportunities for growth in our business, there is enormous opportunity to scale business across the whole LATAM region. To be successful, Twilio must be critical partner and an extension of our ISV’s business. We provide expertise across both CPaaS and CCaaS technologies, and operational excellence to drive engagements. We need a leader to drive and motivate the team, and to be the Executive for the region.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage a team of 4-8 exceptionally talented Account Executives.
  • Responsible for existing gross profit and net new ACV.
  • Operationalize our GTM motion for efficiency and effectiveness .
  • Create GTM and technical playbooks help protect revenue and also capture all new opportunity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the above initiatives.
  • Be the “go-to” and problem solver for the nuanced issues that arise in telco.

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Leader
  • 3+ years of experience in the telco industry (sms/voice aggregator or telco)
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships
  • Analytical account development strategy based on using data to find opportunities and prove value
  • Demonstrated track record of managing forecasts and financial models 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define process and build programs
  • Record of delivering market driven results, especially to ISVs
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • English and Portuguese fluency is mandatory.

Location 

This role will be remote, and based in Brazil.

Approximately 30%  travel is anticipated.
