As Director, Regional Marketing you will build a creative campaigns strategy to drive qualified leads globally. Working closely with sales and leading a team of high-performing marketers in-region to achieve ambitious growth plans. 

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Build integrated campaign strategy across complete customer journey across awareness, consideration & decision to drive qualified leads and achieve quarterly pipeline goals

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on campaign strategy, lead management and marketing/sales feedback loops

  • Drive creation of content & programs that are highly relevant to local markets across video, longform written, advocates, field events & more

  • Partner with paid digital team to optimize paid media and website conversion programs and marketing operations to instrument the customer journey

  • Design & execute annual H.U.G events across numerous cities in Europe

  • Optimize nurture programs and build new motions 

  • Lead, manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Regional Marketing ideally at high growth technology SaaS companies

  • Experience in building integrated multi touch campaigns including instrumentation and measurements across the funnel 

  • Successful track record of partnering with sales teams & sales leadership to jointly deliver strong results quarter after quarter

  • Experience with core marketing automation and lead management tools 

  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure, and creativity

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
