Our operations in Germany are continuing to expand, and to ensure the efficiency and quality in our fleet operations we’re now looking for a Fleet Specialist (Driver/Mechanic) to join our team in Berlin. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Team Lead, you manage a team of Fleet Specialists. You will divide your time between managerial duties (hiring, training, performance follow-ups of the team) and performing tasks in-field or based on business priorities.Your responsibilities will be:

• Vehicle Utilization – You are out on the streets, collecting and deploying our scooters with a hands on mentality
• Managing you team – Create shiftplans, cultivate team performance, and proactively enhance processes when expectations are unmet. Supervise your team's activities, ensuring tasks are conducted efficiently and safely.
• Upholding Quality Standards – Collaborate with your team to identify and rectify damaged or misplaced vehicles, ensuring tidy parking spots and restoring fallen vehicles.
• Navigating Logistics – Aid in receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles
• Cultivating Talent – Interview, train, and nurture Fleet Specialists to ensure year-round operational success, aligned with performance targets.
• Synergistic Planning – Collaborate with managers to optimize work schedules, ensuring efficient shift planning and executions
• Setting an Example – Lead by example, particularly in tasks such as deploying and field management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We seek a team leader with a hands-on mentality who is not afraid to roll up the sleeves. Key qualifications include:

• Hands-On Leadership – Previous leadership experience
• Driving Force – Possess a valid driver's license.
• Tech-Savvy – Basic knowledge with digital tools including MS Office and G-Suite.
• Fluent Communicator – Fluent in English, fostering clear communication. Basic knowledge in German is required.
• Ownership and Positivity – A proactive, positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Collaboration Catalyst – Skilled in promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Flexible Commitment – Willingness to work in a shift rotation, spanning Monday to Sunday.
